6 months of live sophrology group sessions + access to all replays

Once a month (except in August), a live guided sophrology session to find more peace and serenity with easy practical tools that you can then use in your daily life.

Sessions are created for you each month from the needs and wishes of the group.

Sessions can be accessed both live and in replay (including past sessions): you keep your access as long as you are on the programme.
